WHAT WE DO IN THE CLASS ?

BJJ is a grappling-based martial art involving ground combat, submissions, and positional control. Our BJJ trainers will train you in drills and exercises required in learning to dominate the opponent through leverage, joint locks, and chokeholds. BJJ will make you flexible, agile and physically conditioned.
