WHAT WE DO IN THE CLASS ?

Kickboxing is a high-energy full contact combat sport that merges boxing and kicks. Engaging in intense workouts, an hour of kickboxing sessions is believed to burn around 450 calories. Engaging you in an interactive and effective session, our trainer will teach you all the techniques involved. Aiming at a full body workout, kickboxing specifically improves your cardiovascular endurance, increases your metabolism and physical strength.
